Warranty

Everything you need to know about the EARMOR product warranty.

Beginning with products purchased on or after January 1, 2021, all EARMOR branded headsets and accessories are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. You do not have to be the first owner, and you do not have to prove you bought it from us. Manufacturer defects, material and workmanship problems, and even normal wear and tear are covered.
For products purchased before that date, a specific group of products is covered by a 1-year or 3-year warranty as stated in the owner’s manual. You can find the warranty length for your model on the packaging, in the user manual, or on the product page.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

If your EARMOR product is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, you do not have to be the first owner and you do not need a proof of purchase. Manufacturer defects, material and workmanship problems, and normal wear and tear are covered. Where repair or replacement is not possible, credit will be given towards a new EARMOR product.

1-Year & 3-Year Warranty

If your EARMOR product is covered by a 1-year or 3-year warranty, we will use your proof of purchase to confirm that the warranty period has not expired. You do not have to be the original owner. Where repair or replacement is not possible, credit will be given towards a new EARMOR product.

Additional Warranty Details

  1. 1

    What does this warranty cover?

The EARMOR warranty covers both parts and labour during the stated warranty period, against any manufacturer defects or malfunctions caused by materials or workmanship in your EARMOR branded product.

  2. 2

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover any product damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, carelessness, accident, or unauthorised alteration or modification. The warranty does not cover lost or stolen products, nor consequential damages.

  3. 3

    Who is covered?

The 1-year and 3-year warranties are fully transferable from person to person as long as you have a proof of purchase establishing when the coverage period began. No proof of purchase is required for any product covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

  4. 4

    Which geographic areas are covered?

The warranty covers authorised sales in the region where the product was purchased. If the product was purchased outside that region, any warranty claim must be handled by the authorised dealer in the country of purchase.

  5. 5

What is the period of coverage?

You can find the warranty term that applies to your model on the product packaging, in the user manual, or on the product page of this website.

  6. 6

What will we do to correct problems?

Warranty coverage is determined solely by EARMOR. Once coverage is confirmed and the period is still in effect, EARMOR will either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a similar product in good working order, at our option.

  7. 7

    What will we not do?

EARMOR will not modify our products to fit applications other than those originally advertised, and will not reimburse cosmetic alterations made to a product before warranty service.
